Jani Farsan House Private Limited

Jani Farsan House is located at Plot 1/A in the Shrungar Co-operative Housing Society. We are right in the Athwa Lines area, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. We’ve been making farsan here for quite some time now. It’s a family-run kind of thing, even if we are registered as a private limited company. In the mornings, you can see us frying up the snacks and getting everything ready for the day. Farsan is a big part of life here, and we take the making of it seriously. We don’t use any complicated machines; it’s mostly hand-done. The shop isn't very large, but we pack it full of different types of snacks. Being in a housing society means we have a lot of regular customers from the neighborhood. They come by for their daily snacks or for bigger orders when they have guests. We don’t do much advertising because people know where we are. We just focus on keeping the oil fresh and the taste consistent. It’s a lot of work over hot stoves, especially in the Surat heat. We aren't looking to become some huge chain. We just want to keep the shop running well and serve the people who have been coming to us for years. It’s just honest, local snack making. That’s how it started and that’s how we plan to keep it for now. Nothing fancy.
