Jainam Mahila Gruh Udhyog

Our place, Jainam Mahila Gruh Udhyog, is tucked away in Gopipura, specifically in Iqbal Nagar at 8/1421. It is a busy little area with narrow streets and lots of houses close together. Since it is a Gruh Udhyog, things feel a bit more personal here. It is not like a big factory or a cold store. There is usually a lot of noise from the work being done and people talking. We focus on getting the work done every day, mostly stuff made by hand. The address 8/1421 can be a little hard to find if you are not looking closely at the numbers on the doors. Gopipura is an old part of the city, so everything has a lot of history. We have been here for a while, just doing our thing. It is mostly women working here, and we all know each other well. We do not spend money on fancy flyers or ads. Most people in Iqbal Nagar know us just by walking past and seeing the activity. The space is small, so we have to be very organized with our supplies. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded, especially when we have a lot of work to finish. But we just keep at it. It is honest work and it keeps us all busy. We open up the windows to let the air in while we work. It is just a local group of people making things in our own neighborhood. We take it one day at a time and keep things moving.
