House Of Ceramic

House Of Ceramic is situated at 3 Hajira in the Shushil Nagar Society Part 1. We are pretty close to the Indane Gas Office, which is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. We have all kinds of ceramic items and tiles around the shop. It’s a lot of fragile stuff, so we have to be careful when we’re moving things around. I’ve broken a few things over the years, but that’s just part of the job. The shop isn't huge, but we pack a lot into the space we have. You have to watch your step sometimes. We started this place because we saw people in the society needed stuff for their home renovations. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Usually, people just see our sign when they're heading to the gas office. We spend most of our time showing people different patterns and colors. It’s interesting to see what people choose for their homes. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea, while other days everyone seems to come in at once. We don’t try to be something we’re not. It’s just a shop selling ceramics to the neighbors and whoever else stops by. We try to keep it organized, but sometimes the samples get a bit mixed up. We just do our best to help people find what they like.
