You can find us at number 8 in the Surya Complex, which is located in the Hathsing Wadi area of Adajan Dn. A good way to find our spot is to look behind the TGB Restaurant. We often find ourselves smelling the food from the restaurant during our lunch breaks, which is one of the little perks of being in this complex. Our office is a simple one, located on one of the floors of the Surya Complex. It is a functional space where we handle all our property matters. There are no expensive carpets or designer furniture here, just the basics like desks and chairs and plenty of files. We have been working in Adajan for a while now, and we have come to know the Hathsing Wadi area very well. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or meeting with people who come up to the complex to discuss real estate. It is a local business through and through. We don't use any scripts or fancy presentations. We just talk to people like neighbors and tell them what we know about the local buildings and plots. The Surya Complex is a busy place with other offices and shops, so there is always a bit of a buzz around. We like being part of that community. It is a straightforward life, and we focus on getting the daily tasks done without making a big fuss about things.
