Hari Om Estate

We are over at Shiv Campus, right on Rander Road. It's a busy spot near L P Savani Jak. People stop by when they are looking for a place or trying to sell. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking at paperwork. Dealing with property around here takes time. You have to know the streets well. We’ve been at number 26 for a while now. The office isn't fancy. It's just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps. Sometimes the fan makes a weird noise, but we get the work done. The traffic outside is always loud because of the main road. Most people who come in are neighbors or folks from the nearby colonies. We don't do big advertisements. Mostly, people just see our sign or hear about us from someone else. It gets dusty because of the construction nearby, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass. If you walk past the campus, you will see us. We handle the local papers and talk to the buyers. It’s a simple way of working. No big meetings or anything like that. Just sitting down and figuring out where someone wants to live. We stay open until the sun goes down usually. Sometimes later if someone is coming from work. That's just how it is here. Most days we are just shuffling files and making phone calls to check on titles. It is a lot of routine.
