H B Realtors is located at U 11 on City Light Road. Even though we are listed with the New Skf Colony in Chinchwad, Pune address, we are right near Agrasen Bhavan. It’s a bit of a commute for some, but for us, it’s just the daily routine. The area around City Light Road is always changing with new buildings going up all the time. Our office is a simple one. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a big map of the local area pinned to the wall. We spend a lot of time looking at that map and talking about who owns what. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of driving out to sites, standing in the sun, and then coming back here to type things up. The Skf Colony nearby is a quiet spot, which is a nice contrast to the busier roads. We get a lot of calls throughout the day, so the phone is usually ringing or someone is sending a message. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; people usually just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they go to Agrasen Bhavan. We try to be honest about the properties we show. If a place has a leaky roof, we say so. It’s just easier that way in the long run. We usually close up when the sun goes down and the traffic starts to settle.
