Global Propertys

Global Propertys is our name, and we are based at K 4 Udhna Nanjappa Circle. We’re located on Langford Road in Shantinagar, specifically within the K N M Park Society. We are also quite close to the Kapadia Health Clubs, which is a good reference point if you are trying to find our building. It’s a decent area to be in, and the society is usually pretty well-maintained. Our office itself is simple and straightforward. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to polish our image. We just work here. The days usually go by pretty fast because there is always something that needs attention. We like the Shantinagar neighborhood; it has a good feel to it and it's not too far from the main parts of town. Most of our time is spent right here at our desks. We’ve set things up so we can be efficient without needing a lot of extra fluff or fancy equipment. It’s just a regular workplace for us. We’ve seen other businesses come and go around Nanjappa Circle, but we’ve managed to stay put through it all. We just take things one day at a time and do the work that’s in front of us. It’s not a complicated life, but it suits us just fine. Being near the health club means there’s always people around, which is nice for when we take a small break.
