G Dada Farsan has been a part of Mahidharpura 891/892 for as long as many of us can remember. It’s a busy neighborhood, and our shop fits right in with the local bustle. We spend most of our time focused on the snacks and making sure everything is ready for the day ahead. We don't use any fancy equipment or modern tech that we don't need. It’s mostly just hands-on work, the way we learned how to do it a long time ago. The shop can get a bit hot when we’re busy, and there’s usually a bit of flour or oil on the floor by the end of the shift, but that’s just how a real kitchen looks. We don’t have a marketing department telling us what to say to customers. We just say hello and get them what they need. People come from all over Mahidharpura because they know we’re consistent. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in town, just a reliable one where you can get your farsan without any fuss. The two units at 891 and 892 have seen a lot of history. We’ve survived through different seasons and changing times by just sticking to what we know. It’s a humble business, but it’s ours, and we take that seriously.
