Rekhabens Namkeen

Rekhabens Namkeen is a small shop located at 9 Divyakanti Complex in the Parle Point area of Surat. We are right opposite the HDFC bank, so it’s easy for people to find us when they are out doing their banking. Jaani Farshan is also nearby, which is another well-known spot. We specialize in all the local snacks that people in Surat love to eat with their morning or evening tea. It’s a family-run business and we’ve been at this for quite a while now. The shop is filled with bags of different kinds of namkeen, from sev to gathiya and everything in between. We don’t have a factory. Everything is made in small batches so it stays as fresh as possible. We don’t like it when snacks sit on the shelf for too long. The air in the shop always smells like spices and fried gram flour. We don’t have a place for people to sit down. It’s just a counter where you tell us what you want and we weigh it out for you. We try to keep our prices fair for the local people. It’s a simple trade. We make the snacks, people buy them, and we do it all again the next day. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the Parle Point community. We have our regulars who come in every week for their favorite items. We just keep it simple and focused on the snacks.
