We are tucked away in the Golden Park Prime Arcade on Anand Mahal Road, specifically in the C-1, L-6 section. If you know the Adajan Road area, we are right near Jogani Nagar and directly across from the big water tank. Most people in Surat know the water tank, so it's not hard to find us. We specialize in bhel and other snacks. It’s a small shop, not really a place for a long sit-down dinner. Most people just stand around the counters or take their food to the nearby park. The arcade gets quite busy in the evenings when everyone comes out for a walk. We prep all our chutneys and mixtures ourselves every day. The smells from the kitchen are quite strong, mostly garlic and tamarind. We don't have a big staff, just family members and a couple of helpers. Sometimes there is a wait if a lot of people show up at once, but we try to be fast. The lighting in the arcade isn't the best at night, but our stall is always bright. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new buildings coming up everywhere. But we stay right here. We don't have a website or do any fancy advertising. People just know us from word of mouth. It's a simple business, making snacks for the local crowd who want something tasty after work.
