Harishbhai Patwa

I’ve been at 210 Surat Mandvi Kashi Plaza for quite a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s so close to Majura Gate, which gets pretty hectic during the rush. My days usually start early, getting things ready before the sun gets too hot. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular office space where I get my work done and talk to whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the elevator in Kashi Plaza acts up, so I end up taking the stairs more often than I’d like. It keeps me moving, I guess. People come in with different requests, and I just try to handle them one by one. It’s mostly regular folks from around Surat who stop by. We talk about the weather or the traffic on the way in. I don’t have a big team or anything like that. It’s just me and a bit of help sometimes when things get busy. I’ve seen businesses in this building come and go, but I’ve managed to stay put. The view of the street from the window isn't much, just cars and people rushing, but it feels like home after all these years. I don’t really do much advertising or anything. Word travels around the neighborhood if you just do what you’re supposed to do. If you're looking for me, just find the plaza and head to the second floor. I'm usually there until the evening. Sometimes the noise from the traffic outside gets loud, but you get used to it.
