Our office is Shop-401 in the International Business Center over in Piplod. It’s a well-known building in this part of town, so it isn't too hard to find us if you are looking. Ethics Property Private Limited is based right here on the fourth floor. The building has a lot of different businesses, so there is always a mix of people in the elevators and the lobby. We’ve got a basic setup inside our unit. Just the essentials like computers, desks, and some chairs. We spend a lot of our time going through property listings and talking to people about what they need. Piplod is a busy area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. We usually start our day pretty early to get a head start on the paperwork. Sometimes the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a headache, but that is just part of living and working here. We don't do much in the way of advertising; we just stick to our work and try to stay organized. The office gets a good amount of light in the morning, which is nice for the mood. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we have a good rhythm going. We aren't interested in being fancy or looking corporate. We just want to make sure the records are right and the clients get what they need. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it works for us.
