You can find us at I/14 in the Diwalibaug Flats. We’re right across from Morar Nagar in the Adajan area. It’s a residential spot, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We’ve been working as brokers here for quite a while. Mostly, we just talk to people and try to figure out where they’d fit best. Buying or renting can be a real mess if you don't know the local rules, so we help with that. Our desk is usually covered in notes and phone numbers written on scraps of paper. We don't use many fancy gadgets. A phone and a notebook are usually enough for us to get the job done. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times three people walk in at once wanting to see the same flat. We just take it as it comes. It's a local business, so we know most of the people living around here. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes for a regular job. If you’re looking for a place in Adajan, we probably know about it before the signs even go up. We just try to be helpful and honest about what’s out there. It’s a simple way to make a living. We have a small kettle for making tea when neighbors drop by to chat about the local news. It’s not a fast-paced corporate life, and we like it that way. Just steady work and good people.
