We are located in Katargam, specifically at 403 Aakar Appartment in the Makarpura GIDC area. We are right opposite the New Lake Garden, which is a nice spot for a walk if you have some free time. Being in the GIDC area means there is always some industrial work going on nearby, but our building is a bit removed from the heaviest noise. We’ve been working as agents here for quite some time. It’s not a big fancy real estate firm with dozens of agents in suits. It’s just us in a regular apartment office. We spend a lot of our time looking at different properties and talking to people who are moving into the area. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of phone calls. The office itself is pretty plain, just a few chairs for visitors and some maps on the wall. We don’t use any of those high-pressure sales tactics you hear about. We just show people what’s available and let them decide for themselves. The neighborhood has seen a lot of development lately, especially with the garden across the way. It makes the area feel a bit more open. We are just regular people who know this part of Katargam really well. We show up every morning, check our listings, and wait to see who needs help finding a place. It’s a simple job but we take it seriously every single day.
