DDKM REALTORS LLP is located right in the heart of the New Textile Market in Surat. Our office is in Wing-D, on the upper ground floor, shops 574 to 576. It is a very busy place to work because the market is always moving and there is always a lot of noise. Opposite Navawab-Wadi is where we spend most of our daylight hours. Being in the textile market means we see a lot of different people every single day. We handle properties around this area because that’s what we know best. It’s loud and it’s crowded, but that’s just Surat City for you. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy speeches or marketing brochures. We just show the shops or commercial spaces that are available and help with the local paperwork. The market is a small world, and your reputation matters more than any glossy advertisement. We’ve been in these shops for a while now. Some days it feels like we’re just another part of the market noise, but we actually like the energy of the place. We deal with commercial spots mostly, helping people get their business started in a good location. It’s practical work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is.
