We are over here in Udhana, right across from the UTC building. It’s a busy spot in Surat. Most days start early for us because Chai Pila is all about getting those drinks ready. The address is TPS-6, FP-286, and we use the ground and sub-plots for all the storage and prep work. People around here know the spot. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for the delivery trucks, but we manage. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we get the work done. The tea and beverage business keeps us on our feet. My desk is usually covered in papers and receipts. We’ve been at this for a while now. Surat is hot, so cold drinks are a big part of what we do too. You can find us easily if you know where the UTC building is. It’s just how it goes here, busy and a bit loud sometimes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the power flickers, or a supplier is late, but that’s part of the trade. We just keep the kettles and the coolers going. If you ever walk by FP-255 or 277, you’ll likely see some of our staff moving crates around. It’s a simple operation, really. Just folks working in food and beverages right in the heart of Udhana.
