CG REALTY LLP is based out of the Simandhar area, right across from Veer Bunglows. If you are in Surat City, you might have seen our sign near Block 359. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit now, mostly focusing on what's happening in our local neighborhood. It's a small operation, really. We don't have a huge marketing budget or a big fancy office with a receptionist out front. Usually, it's just one of us handling the phone and the others out looking at sites or meeting people. Surat is always changing, with new buildings going up everywhere you look. We try to keep track of it all so when someone asks about a plot in FP 94, we actually have an answer for them. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to people to see who is moving and who is staying put. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes there are annoying delays with the documents, which is just part of the job. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just work here and try to help people get through the process of buying or selling without too much extra stress. It’s honest work and we like being part of the community here near the bunglows. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our clients informed about what is actually happening with their property deals.
