Our office for CAPSTATE REALTORS LLP is over in Titanium Square, right near the BMW showroom on the S G Highway. If you know Thaltej, you know how busy this part of Ahmedabad gets these days. We are up on the second floor in D-203. It's a decent spot for us because everyone passes by here eventually. We spend a lot of time looking at different buildings and spaces around the highway. It is mostly just a group of us who liked the idea of working in real estate without all the fancy talk you usually hear from the big firms. We show people apartments and offices when they ask us to. Some days are long, especially when the traffic on the S G Highway is bad and we’re running late for a viewing. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just helping folks find a space that works for them in this city. Ahmedabad is growing so fast, and being in the middle of it at Thaltej keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much and we get frustrated with the files, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We keep things pretty straightforward. You come in, we talk about what you need, and we see if we have anything on the books that fits. It is a simple way of doing things and it works for us.
