Cafe Tatva Ventures Llp is tucked away in Plot 303 of the GIDC area in Bhatpore. It is right near the ONGC Hazira plant, which makes for an interesting neighborhood. Since we are in an industrial zone, most of our days are filled with the sound of trucks and heavy machinery moving nearby. It is definitely not a quiet, fancy street corner. We set up here because there are so many people working in the factories who need a place for food and coffee during their shifts. The air can get a bit dusty from all the construction and industrial work around us, but we keep our space as clean as we can. It is a simple setup with basic tables and chairs. We spend a lot of our time preping ingredients and making sure the kitchen is ready for the lunch rush. It is hard work and the heat from the ovens can make the place get pretty warm in the afternoons. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the delivery trucks get stuck in the GIDC traffic, which happens more often than you would think. We do not try to be anything we are not. It is just a straightforward place where we provide what the local workers need. There is no corporate vibe here at all, just us trying to keep the kitchen running and the orders moving.
