Burhani Real Estate Agent

I started working as Burhani Real Estate Agent out of this spot in Begampura. The address is 20th Cross, 2nd Block, and we are right near the Memon Bank Tekra. It is a busy little corner of the neighborhood. I spend a lot of my time walking around the different blocks looking at properties or meeting people who want to move into the area. My office is basically just a room with a table, some chairs, and a ceiling fan that squeaks a little bit. I don't need much more than that. I keep all my notes in a big ledger because I still like writing things down by hand. People stop by all the time just to ask what the prices are like these days. I try to give them a straight answer without any fluff. Real estate can be complicated, but I like to keep the conversations simple. Sometimes I’m out of the office for hours at a time, so I just leave a note on the door. The neighbors at the bank usually see me coming and going. It’s a decent place to be. The tea stall nearby is where I end up most afternoons. I’ve lived around here for a long time, so I know which buildings have good water and which ones have leaky roofs. I don’t try to act like a big shot. I’m just a guy helping people find a place to stay or do business.
