Biig City Kitchen Food Llp is located up on the second floor of the Prime Shoppers building in Vesu. We are at Shop-235, which is near Happy Residency. It’s a bit of a climb, but the view of the street from up here isn't bad. Surat is a fast city and we are just trying to keep pace with it. Our kitchen isn't very big, so we have to be very organized, or things get messy fast. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily grind of running a food business. The building can get quite crowded on the weekends with people shopping. We’ve had a few leaks from the ceiling and some issues with the wiring, but we fix things as they come up. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s just a place where we cook and pack orders. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been here since the start. The heat in Surat can be brutal, but we have some fans that help a bit. Most of the other shop owners in Prime Shoppers know us by now. We don't do any big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us when they are in the area. It’s a lot of physical work and long hours on our feet. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay busy.
