Assam Surati Tea

If you head towards Yogi Chowk and look for Plot No- 79 in Amrakunj Society, you will find where Assam Surati Tea is based. We are right in the middle of Punagam, Varachha. It is a crowded place with lots of traffic, but we like being here. Our space isn't huge, but it fits all the tea we need to store. Every morning we open up and start checking the stock. There is always a lot of tea to move around. It is a family-run kind of thing, so everyone chips in. One person handles the scales, another does the packing. It is a bit loud sometimes because of the neighbors and the busy street outside. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you'll probably see us working with the sacks or drinking a cup of tea ourselves. It is a simple setup. We deal with suppliers and local shops mostly. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the weather. Other days, we can barely keep up with the lifting. We have been at this address for a bit now, so the people around here know us. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. No big promises or complicated talk. We just sell tea and try to keep the shop running smoothly. It gets messy with tea dust everywhere, but that is part of the job. It is hard work but we don't mind it much.
