Amul Bevrage

We’re located at number 6 in Cubbon Pet, specifically on the 16th Cross in Surat. It’s a bit of a busy area, and we’ve been running this beverage shop for some time now. We mostly deal with milk, lassi, and all those cold drinks people look for when the weather gets hot in the afternoons. The refrigerators are always humming in the background, which is a sound we’ve gotten used to over the years. It’s not a very big shop, just enough space for the coolers and a small counter where we handle the cash and change. Every morning, the crates arrive early, and we have to stack them up before the sun gets too high and the customers start arriving. We see a lot of people coming in for their daily milk or just a quick soda while they’re walking through the neighborhood. It’s a simple business without any big frills or decorations. We don't have a lot of staff, usually just one or two of us behind the counter at any time. The floor is tiled so we can wash it down easily at the end of the day. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow street for a few minutes while we unload, and the neighbors complain, but we try to move as fast as we can. It’s just a local spot where you can grab something cold and move on with your day. We like seeing the familiar faces every day.
