We started AL-ZAHRA REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED because we know this area around Pratap Nagar really well. Limbayat is where we've spent most of our lives, so it made sense to set up shop here at Block 23. Most days you'll find a couple of us at the office over on Sy No 33, just dealing with the usual paperwork and talking to neighbors about property stuff. It isn't a fancy setup, just a couple of desks and some old chairs where we try to figure out who is selling what. People stop by when they are looking for a plot or a small house in the North Sh area. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who grew up around Surat and know these streets. Sometimes it gets quite busy, and other times we are just sitting there having tea and waiting for a phone call to come in. Finding a place in Mangrol can be a real headache with all the different rules, so we just help where we can. We've been at Plot No 5 for a while now. It's not a corporate office with glass walls or a receptionist, just a regular place in the neighborhood.
