Steps2Win Agro Farms Private Limited is based out of an office in Srinagar Colony. Specifically, we are at 8-3-10007/A in Flat No-201. It’s in the United Splendour building right across from the Indian Bank. Being in an office for an agro-farm business feels a bit different than being out in the mud, but this is where all the planning and the paperwork happens. Srinagar Colony is a crowded part of town, so finding a parking spot near the bank can be a real headache some mornings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets to figure out how the farm side of the business is doing. It’s not very glamorous work. Most of us just show up, have some tea, and get to it. The flat is a decent size for what we need. We handle the administrative side of things for the farms here. You won't find tractors in the hallway, just a bunch of desks and some filing cabinets. It’s a practical setup. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and the neighbors in the building are mostly quiet. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a front desk person. You just walk in and see us working. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried in papers. It’s just the way it goes when you’re managing agro stuff from the city.
