Our spot is in Batamaloo. It’s a crowded area of Srinagar, very lively. We are specifically in Alochi Bagh 02. The building is called Arco House, which is in Shalpora. The pin code is 190009. We go by Arco Agrofresh Private Limited. It is a solid building, nothing too flashy, but it stands out in the neighborhood. We spend most of our time here. If you know Srinagar, you know how busy Batamaloo gets with all the buses and people moving around. We are tucked away in a bit of a calmer pocket in Alochi Bagh. There is always noise from the street, but we like it. It feels like things are happening. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us handling the day-to-day. We deal with fresh produce and things related to the local farms. It’s a lot of physical work, moving crates and checking quality. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait it out, but that is just part of living here. We’ve been at Arco House for a while now. It feels like the right place for us. We just focus on getting the produce where it needs to go. No big speeches, just work. Every morning starts with the same routine of checking the trucks and the logs to make sure everything is where it should be.
