Ice Fern Restaurant

This is Ice Fern Restaurant. We are located on Boulevard Road in Srinagar, zip code 190001. To find us, you look for Gate No-10. We are also quite near the Shah Abbas Hotel, which most people around here know. Being on Boulevard Road means we have a nice view and plenty of people walking by. It's a busy street, especially with all the visitors to Srinagar. We aren't a massive place, just a local restaurant trying to make a living. We’ve been at this location for a while. The weather changes a lot here, so we see different crowds depending on the season. In the summer it’s very busy, and in the winter things slow down a bit. We just keep doing what we do. Our kitchen isn't very big, but we manage to get the food out. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and get the work done. The tables are usually clean and we try to make people feel welcome when they walk in through Gate 10. It’s a lot of long hours, but that is part of the business. If you are walking along the water or staying near the Shah Abbas Hotel, you might see our sign. We're just a regular bunch of people running a kitchen on a famous road. That's about it for us.
