Hip Hop Hair Xpresso

Our shop, Hip Hop Hair Xpresso, is located in Tankipora, Shaheed Gunj. We are right near the DC Office in Srinagar, which means there is always a lot of activity outside. It’s a busy spot with plenty of traffic and people rushing around. The shop itself is quite small and doesn't have any fancy decorations. We have some posters on the walls and a few chairs for the customers. We focus on quick haircuts and shaves for men who are on the go. Since we are near the government offices, we see a lot of people who just need a quick trim before they go to work. We don't have a receptionist, so you just come in and see if a chair is free. If it’s not, you can sit on the small bench we have against the wall. The street noise from Shaheed Gunj is pretty constant, so we usually have some music playing in the background. It isn't a quiet place, but it has a good energy. We keep our tools clean and our scissors sharp. In the winter, we try to keep the shop warm, but it’s an old building, so there are always a few drafts. We aren't a big chain or anything. We are just a local business doing what we know how to do. Most of our regulars live or work right here in the neighborhood.
