Ruff India (P) Ltd. is situated at A-186 on Telephone Exchange Lane in Mahipalpur. We are very close to the international airport, so we hear the planes taking off and landing all day and night. It is a sound you eventually stop noticing after a week of working here. The lane can be quite narrow and sometimes it gets blocked by delivery vans, which makes getting to the office a bit of a challenge in the mornings. Our building is a simple structure with several floors. We use the space for everything from storing samples to sitting at our computers. It is a busy atmosphere because Mahipalpur is always moving. We have a lot of people coming in and out, mostly couriers and people we do business with. The walls are painted a neutral color that has faded over the years. We have a small area near the back where we can sit and eat our lunch away from the phones. The desks are crowded with papers, pens, and coffee mugs. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and find whoever you need to talk to. It is an honest place where we work hard and try to keep up with the fast pace of the area. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, watching the airport lights.
