Fitness Dynamics

You can find us over in Green Park Main, specifically at A-22. We are down in the basement level. It stays a bit cooler down there when the sun is really beating down outside. Fitness Dynamics is the name we go by. Green Park is a busy area, especially with the market nearby and all the people walking around. Finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes, so most people just walk or take a rickshaw. We have been in this basement space for a while. It is a solid location even if it is not right on the street level. You just head down the stairs at A-22 and you will see us. The neighborhood has a mix of everything, from houses to little shops. Being at Fitness Dynamics means we are right in the middle of it all. The walls are thick, and it feels like a quiet escape from the noise of the main road. We do not have big glowing signs or anything like that. Just a simple entrance for people who know where to look. We like being in Green Park Main because everything we need is just a short walk away. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the steps a little slippery, so we have to be careful. It is just a regular spot where we do our thing every day.
