We are tucked away in Verna, Salcette, right behind Motel Leonoras. Our office is at House No-5 in a place called Unique Choice. It is a bit of a hidden spot in Goa, away from the beaches and the tourists. Online Productivity Solutions Pvt Ltd is basically just a few of us working on computers most of the day. It is usually quiet out here, which helps when you need to concentrate on technical stuff. You might see some stray dogs wandering past the gate or the occasional delivery truck going to the motel. We have been in this building for a while now. It is a simple house that we turned into a workspace. Inside, it is mostly desks, cables, and coffee mugs. We do not really do the whole corporate dress code thing. It is too hot in Goa for that anyway. Most of our work happens behind the scenes, making sure systems are running like they should. Sometimes the power goes out, but that is just life here. We take breaks to talk about local news or what we are having for lunch. It is a relaxed environment, but we get the jobs done. People find it strange that a tech company is based behind a motel, but it suits us. We have our own rhythm and we do not feel the need to be in a big IT park. We just stay focused on our tasks and handle things as they come.
