Cybermania

People usually find us because they're waiting for a bus at the K.T.C. stand here in Vasco. We’ve been at Mund Vel for a while now. It’s not a huge place, just a simple spot where we handle tech stuff and internet things. Most days it’s just the hum of the machines and the sound of traffic from the main road. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big reception desk. It’s just us. If you’re walking from the bus stand, it’s a quick walk. Sometimes the power goes out, but that’s just how things are here in Goa. We try to keep things moving. We deal with computers mostly. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when students come by or people need to print something real quick before their bus leaves. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go over the years. Some are locals from the neighborhood, and some are just passing through. We don’t do much advertising. People just know where we are. It’s a practical setup. We’ve got some old desks and a lot of cables everywhere. It feels like a real workspace, not one of those sterile offices you see in magazines. We just focus on the work at hand and hope the internet stays stable for the day. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do at Cybermania.
