Asian Developers is over here in Margao, specifically in Damodar Chambers. If you know the area near the Blue Pearl Theatre, you know exactly where we are located. We’re on the first floor in office number two. It’s a decent place to work, though sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much when we’re trying to concentrate on floor plans. We do a lot of development work, mostly focused on what people in Margao need right now. It isn't always easy dealing with all the permissions and the supply chains, but we’ve been at it long enough to know the rhythm of things. Near Timbo Bhavan is where most of our day starts and ends. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to put up buildings that people can actually use and feel comfortable in. Our team is small, so when you call, you usually get one of us directly, not some machine or a person in another city. We spend a lot of time visiting sites, making sure things are being done the way they should be. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of phone calls. Some days are just filled with paperwork, which nobody likes, but it’s part of the job if you want to keep things legal and safe. We’ve seen Margao change quite a bit from our window in Damodar Chambers, and it’s nice to feel like we are a small part of that growth.
