Yo!China

You can find us at A-36 in Sultan Pur, right on MG Road. This part of New Delhi is always moving fast. The traffic on MG Road is something we deal with every single day. Our spot is right there, 110030. Yo!China is what we have on the sign outside. It’s a busy kitchen and a busy floor. We start prepping the vegetables and the sauces early in the day. The smells of the cooking fill the whole place. It’s not a quiet job. There’s a lot of shouting and orders flying around. Sultan Pur is a mix of shops and warehouses. We fit right in. The building A-36 has seen a lot of people come and go. We have our regular customers who stop by after work. The metro is close by, so people are always rushing. We just keep the stove hot and the tables clean. It’s a bit of a grind, but we like the energy. Some days the rain makes the road messy, and business slows down. Other times we can barely keep up with the delivery calls. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just have a kitchen and a bunch of people who want to eat. That’s the reality of it. We are just one shop among many on this long road. Sometimes the power flickers but we keep going. The tiles on the floor are a bit worn down from all the walking.
