In Pizza Hut

If you are looking for us, we are up on the second floor of the DDA Flats in Madangir. The address is 40/1380, New Delhi 110062. Being on the second floor makes it a bit of a climb for the delivery guys, but they are used to it by now. The Madangir area is quite packed, so there is always something happening outside. We spend our day managing the kitchen and the phones. It gets pretty hot near the ovens, especially during the summer months in Delhi. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. Some people are fast at stretching the dough and others are better at keeping the orders organized. We get a lot of orders from the surrounding flats and houses. It’s a noisy environment with the timers going off and people shouting out orders. We don't really do anything fancy; we just focus on getting the food out the door. The DDA flats have their own character, and we've become part of the daily rhythm here. On weekends, it’s basically non-stop from opening until we finally shut the doors. We just keep our heads down and keep working through the tickets. It’s a basic operation but it stays very busy because of the location. We just try to stay on top of the mess and keep things moving. There is always a lot to do before we can close.
