Nirula'S

We are over at BA / 35 in Kalkaji. People in the neighborhood know where we are. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and things get quite loud outside sometimes. We’ve been serving food here for quite a while now. The staff mostly lives nearby or takes the metro. We open up in the morning and get everything ready for the lunch rush. It's not a very big space, but we make it work. Most people come in for a quick bite or grab something to take home. We see the same faces every week. It feels like part of the community here. The furniture is a bit older, but it's comfortable. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure the kitchen is right. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting around outside. It gets hectic on weekends when families come by. We just try to keep up with the orders and make sure everyone gets what they wanted. Kalkaji is a crowded area, so parking is always a headache for people, but they still come. We don't do much advertising. People just find us because they live around here or are passing through. It's a simple setup at Nirula'S. We like the regular pace of things. Every day is pretty much the same, which is fine by us. We just keep the doors open and do our bit. It is a humble place to work and we like it that way.
