Our office is over at M- 110 in DLF Place, Saket. If you've ever been to Saket, you know it's one of those parts of New Delhi that's always crowded and full of energy. Being inside the mall complex means there's always something happening right outside our door. We handle a lot of the food side of things from this location. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we need to do. The kitchen areas and the office desks are all pretty close together. It gets a bit hectic around lunchtime because of all the people visiting the mall. We’ve been operating here for a while now. The commute for our staff can be a bit of a headache with the Saket traffic, but we manage. Inside, it smells like whatever we are prepping that day. We don't have any fancy decorations or anything. It’s a functional space where we focus on the recipes and the logistics of getting food out. Most of the people working here have been in the food industry for years. We talk a lot about ingredients and deliveries. It’s a practical setup. We aren't trying to be the trendiest spot in the mall, just a reliable one where the work gets done correctly. The walls are a bit plain and the furniture is just standard stuff. It feels like a real workplace where people are actually busy. It’s just us doing our thing in Saket.
