Pizza Square

We started Pizza Square here in Shivpuri a while ago. It’s a small place on Gali No-3, right in the middle of Meethapur Extension. We don't have a big fancy dining room, mostly just the kitchen where we spend most of our day. It gets pretty hot back there, especially in the summer months, but we got used to it. My brother and I handle most of the orders that come in. We try to get the dough ready early in the morning so it’s fresh for the lunch crowd. Badarpur is a busy area, so there are always people walking by or kids stopping in after school. We use a basic oven, nothing too high-tech, but it does the job just fine. Sometimes the delivery bike acts up, and we have to run a few blocks to drop off a box, which is tiring but keeps us moving. We buy our veggies from the local market nearby every couple of days. It’s just us trying to make a living and feeding the neighbors. The address is House No-30, and if you live around here, you’ve probably seen our sign hanging out front. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a kitchen where we toss some flour around and hope people like what we make. We keep it simple because that’s what we know how to do. Sometimes we run out of certain toppings late at night, but people around here are pretty understanding about it.
