Dish Hospitality

Dish Hospitality is based over here in Mehraulli, right on the first floor of Ward 8. It's an old part of New Delhi with lots of history, but our day-to-day is mostly just keeping things running. We handle various hospitality tasks from this small spot. The traffic in Mehraulli can be a real headache sometimes, especially near the main market area, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We started out just trying to manage things locally. Now we just keep busy with the orders and making sure the staff knows what they are doing. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything. It’s just a practical workspace where we get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but that's just life here. We focus on the food and service side of things mostly. People come to us when they need help setting things up for events or just general hospitality management. We don't spend much time on social media or big advertisements because we are usually too busy with the actual work. If you walk up to the first floor, you'll see us at our desks. It’s a bit cramped with all the paperwork and files, but it works for us. We've been at this address for a while now and the neighbors know us. We just try to stay consistent and do the work that comes our way without making a big fuss about it.
