We are located right at E 360 in Greater Kailash 1. Most people around here know where we are because of the sign out front. It’s a busy spot in GK 1, especially in the evenings when everyone is out walking around or shopping. We have a crew that’s been here for a while, and we just try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It gets pretty loud in the kitchen with the timers going off and everyone calling out orders, but that is just the way a place like this runs. We don't have much time for sitting around. When the lunch rush hits, it is all hands on deck to make sure the burgers and fries are ready. We see all kinds of people coming through our doors, from students to families living nearby. It’s a regular part of the neighborhood now. Some of the staff live just a short walk away, so we feel like part of the local community. We don't try to be anything other than a quick place to grab a meal. Sometimes the ice cream machine needs a bit of attention or the floor needs an extra mop during the rainy season, but we just deal with it. It’s a simple operation at the end of the day. We just open up, cook the food, and clean up at night. We’ve been at this E 360 address for years and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us.
