You can find us at 39, Punjabi Mohalla in Zamrudpur. We’re right in the Kailash Colony area of Greater Kailash-1. It’s a popular spot in New Delhi-110048. We serve fast food, mostly sandwiches and things like that. It’s a small shop, not one of those big fancy restaurants. We have a few tables if you want to sit down, but a lot of people just take their food to go. The kitchen is always busy, especially around lunchtime when the local workers come in. We try to keep the vegetables fresh and the bread ready. It’s just a few of us working behind the counter. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything. People just know we’re here because they walk past us every day. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside, and the line can get long, but we move as fast as we can. We’ve been in Zamrudpur for a while now and we know many of our customers by name. It’s a friendly neighborhood. We don’t make any big promises about being the best.
