Down at C-41 on the second floor in Okhla Phase II is where you'll find us. Okhla is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the constant trucks. But it's where the heart of the industry is. We deal with culinary supplies and equipment. The space is filled with all sorts of kitchen gadgets and items that chefs use. We aren't a restaurant, even though the name might sound like it. We are the people behind the scenes who get the tools to the kitchens. It’s a lot of packing and unpacking. The stairs are narrow, so moving heavy crates can be a real struggle. We have a small office area and a larger section for storage. Most of us have been here for a couple of years. We know the local food joints in the area for lunch. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have marble floors or glass walls. It's just a functional industrial unit. We spend a lot of time checking the items before they go out to hotels or catering businesses. It’s daily work. Sometimes things get delayed because of the Okhla traffic, but we try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s just how it goes here in this part of town and we are used to it by now.
