The Culinary Legends

You can find us at House No 362 in Sadiq Nagar, specifically in Section II. It’s a regular house that we’ve turned into our workspace. Most days, the whole place smells like spices and whatever is bubbling on the stove. It’s not a restaurant where you sit down and eat; it’s more of a place where the real work happens behind the scenes. We spend a lot of time cleaning up flour and washing pots. The kitchen is always a bit of a mess until the end of the day when we finally scrub everything down. We have been in this part of New Delhi for a long time. The neighbors know us because of the delivery vans and the smells coming from the windows. It’s a tight-knit area. Sometimes we run out of space for all the crates, so things get stacked in the hallway. It’s just a few of us who really like food and know how to handle a knife. We don’t wear suits or anything; it’s mostly aprons and comfortable shoes because we’re on our feet all day. If the bell rings and nobody answers right away, it’s probably because the exhaust fan is too loud. We try to keep up with the orders, but sometimes it gets hectic when three things are happening at once. It’s just how a kitchen is. We don't have fancy menus, just the ingredients and the daily work.
