The Royal Caterers

Our place is located at 447, Neb Sarai, right near the Ignou Chowk area in Delhi. If you have been around here, you know it is a bit of a crowded spot with plenty of people always moving through. The Royal Caterers is run out of this location, and it is usually quite busy from morning till night. There is always the smell of something cooking or the sound of metal crates being moved around. We do not have a fancy showroom for people to sit in. It is more about the kitchen and the storage where we keep all our big pots, utensils, and serving gear. Most of our work happens very early in the morning or late at night when we are preparing for an event. The office part is just a small desk where we keep our bills, notebooks, and pens. We aren't big on using much technology; we still prefer writing things down by hand. The neighborhood is lively, and we often see the students from the university passing by our door. It is a grounded way to work. We do not have a huge staff, just a few reliable people who have been with us for a while and know how to get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when multiple orders come in at the same time, but we always manage to sort it out. We have lived and worked in this area for years, so we know the local markets well and buy our supplies fresh.
