Sonu Food Corner

Sonu Food Corner is situated in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III. This area is full of factories and offices, making it very busy during the lunch hour. Our space is small and primarily used for cooking and quick service. It's not a place for a long, fancy dinner. Most customers come in, eat quickly, and then head back to their jobs in the industrial estate. Basic tables and chairs are set up for whoever needs a seat. Because the kitchen is right there, you can see and hear everything being prepared. It gets quite loud with the clinking of plates and the sound of the stoves. Speed is important here since our customers don't have much time. The air often stays thick with the smell of whatever is on the fire. Being in Phase III means we are surrounded by workers and drivers all day. A typical morning starts with getting fresh ingredients delivered. By noon, the place is usually packed. There are no formal waiters, as it’s more of a self-service spot. Concrete floors and plain walls keep the look simple. Providing a place for people in Okhla to sit for a few minutes and have a meal is what we do. The fans stay on constantly, but the afternoon sun still warms up the front door area. We keep things going until the nearby shifts end. Sometimes the supply of drinking water needs a quick refill from the back.
