Sohan International is tucked away in Lajpat Nagar-Iv, specifically at 16/101 on the Iind Floor of Vikram Vihar. If you’ve ever been to Lajpat Nagar, you know how packed the streets can get with shoppers and vendors. Our office is a bit of a retreat from all that noise, though you can still hear the distant sounds of the market. It’s a small place, really just a few rooms where we handle our international business. We spend a lot of time looking at shipping schedules and talking to people in different time zones, which means some of us stay late or come in quite early. The space is filled with samples and piles of documents, and it’s not always the neatest, but we know where everything is. There’s a small corner where we keep the water cooler and a hot plate for making tea. We’ve been in this part of Vikram Vihar for a while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a good spot because everything we need is within walking distance. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us making sure everything gets shipped and received on time. It’s a lot of coordination and double-checking details. We keep it simple and focused on the tasks at hand, without any of the extra fluff you see in bigger companies. Working here means every day is a bit different.
