You can find Brite Imports Inc. over in Amar Colony, which is part of Lajpat Nagar IV. It’s a busy place with people always walking around and shops everywhere you look. Our address is A-28, and it’s been our base for quite some time now. Being in a residential-commercial mix like this means there's always something going on outside the door. We spend a lot of our time dealing with crates and boxes. Importing stuff isn't always as smooth as people think. There are always some papers missing or a delay at the port that we have to sort out. Our office space is filled with samples and old ledgers. It feels a bit like a maze sometimes because we keep getting new things in and don’t always have the heart to throw the old stuff away. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to keep things ticking along. On hot afternoons, the fan just moves the warm air around, but we stay busy regardless. We know the neighbors and the local delivery guys by name. It’s a very local feel even though we are dealing with things coming from far away. There’s no big reception desk here, just a door that stays open most of the day. We just focus on the boxes and the balance sheets and try to keep everyone happy.
