Our office is on the ground floor at A-43, Zamrudpur in Greater Kailash-1. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main markets nearby. We do a lot of importing here at Cerana. Most of our space is taken up by boxes and paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customs and shipping companies. It can be a real headache sometimes when things get stuck at the port. We’re just a small team of people trying to get products to where they need to be. The ground floor is nice because we don't have to deal with stairs when we’re moving samples around. We have a small kitchen area where someone is almost always making tea. The lighting isn't the best, but we have some big windows that let in a bit of sun. We don't really have a dress code or anything. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable. We focus on the details of the imports and making sure the labels are right. It’s a lot of double-checking and typing into spreadsheets. Zamrudpur is a nice area, and we usually take a walk after lunch to clear our heads. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent business and keep our customers happy. There's always a new shipment to worry about, but that keeps things interesting for us.
