Lajpat Nagar-Iv is a busy place to be every day. Our office for Smd International (P) Ltd. is over at 7/39, Vikram Vihar. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes if you aren't used to these streets, but we like it here. Most mornings start with someone bringing in tea for the staff while we sort through the paperwork. The desks are usually covered in files and some old notebooks that we haven't quite gotten around to clearing out yet. You can hear the traffic from outside, but after a while, you just stop noticing it. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of town. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we manage to get things done anyway. We’ve got a few chairs that squeak a bit too much, and the kitchen area is small, but it’s where we all end up talking at lunch. It isn’t a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s just where we come to work and handle the day-to-day things. Usually, there’s a bit of a rush in the afternoons before we pack up. We’ve been at this address for a while now, so the neighbors know us by name. Sometimes we stand out by the gate just to get some fresh air. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to stay organized. We don't have a big reception desk, just a front door that stays open most of the day when the weather is nice.
