Online Indian Mart

We are tucked away in Khanpur Extension II, and if you didn't know the lane, you might walk right past us. Online Indian Mart is mostly just a few rooms filled with shelves and computers. It gets pretty crowded in here when the new stock arrives and we have to find space for everything. The street outside is always narrow and full of people, so getting deliveries in and out can be a bit of a headache. We spend most of our time looking at screens or taping up cardboard boxes. It’s not like a regular shop where people walk in and browse; we are mostly just busy packing things for people we never see. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all just have to wait around, which is frustrating when there are orders waiting. We eat our lunch right at the packing tables most days because there is always something to finish. It’s a small team here in Khanpur, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to carrying heavy crates. We don't really have a big sign or anything fancy. It’s just us working in this little corner of the city, trying to keep things organized. The days go by fast when you’re busy, and there’s always more stuff arriving tomorrow. It’s just the way this business works, and we are used to the clutter.
